This is very easy to follow and implement
I’ve been living and breathing breakdance for as long as I can remember. I run my own studio and coach for Breaking For Gold USA. It’s an incredible feeling to help athletes push their limits. I’ve also been part of the Phoenix Mercury Hip-Hop Squad and the Phoenix Suns Dance Team—performing for these major crowds brings energy that’s hard to beat. My dance journey has taken me to some pretty cool places, like Disney’s Shake It Up, Nickelodeon’s Fresh Beat Band, American Idol, Dancing with the Stars, and MTV’s Made. And for 15 years, I had the chance to teach dance at the Universal Dance Association, sharing my love for breaking and hip-hop with so many students. It’s been a wild ride, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything!
